3. Data Collection on our Website

Cookies

We use cookies on most of our web pages. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. They serve to make our offer more effective. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”, which are automatically deleted as soon as you close your browser. Other cookies are stored on your device until you actively delete them yourself. These cookies make it possible to recognize certain settings the next time you visit the website. You can set your browser up in such a way that you are informed when cookies are used, so that you are able to permit them only in certain cases. You can also activate the automatic deletion of cookies, so that they are deleted every time you close your browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of certain websites can be lost. Cookies that are required for the implementation of electronic communication processes or for the provision of specific functions that you wish to make use of (e.g. the shopping cart function), are saved on the basis of Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. f of the GDPR. The website operator has a justified interest in saving cookies for the technically error-free, optimized provision of services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your surfing behavior) are saved, these are dealt with separately here.

Server-Logs

We do not pass this information on to any third parties. The processing of the data provided in your email is done purely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6, Para. 1, lit. a of the GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. Notification via email is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing procedures prior thereto remain unaffected by the revocation of consent. We keep the data you provide in the email until you request the deletion thereof or withdraw your consent to have it saved, or when the purpose for which it was saved no longer exists (e.g. once your request has been fully processed). Mandatory legal requirements – particularly retention periods – remain unaffected.
